Unique one of a kind coffee tables

The Oval Office

Walnut & Glass

These bookend matched walnut slabs did most of the design work for me. After cleaning up the live edges both inside and out, I used a tempered glass insert and black chrome spacers to complete the top. The matching legs are also split with chrome spacers and braced with steam bent spines which match the curvature of the table top.

Stiched Up

Red Elm & Walnut

The table top uses three slabs of elm with the natural edges left exposed, these pieces are then for want of a better word "stitched" together with small blocks of walnut.  The under carriage of the table uses the same two woods to give a contemporary edge to the more traditional top.

Nature Inside

Walnut & Glass

Keeping the live edge and sap wood on the inside allows for a clean contemporary look to the organic table top. Maple butterflies are used to stabilize natural splits in the wood and provide a sharp contrast to the dark walnut.
